In regards to the merchant and services, the location in Sandy Springs is convenient, and nicely decorated. I do not like the store policy of requiring a credit card to make an appointment. I chose to book the reservation online than give it to a person. But that means I have to register, sigh, another username and password! Also the available times are limited online than if you speak with a live person. - - -
The Deep Tissue massage I had did not meet my expectation. Afterwards instead of feeling muscles tightness being released, I felt someone rub oil all over my back, muscle tightness was not released. I had told the therapist to use more pressure and she said she likes to stretch the muscles first then applies pressure. Well, maybe a total of five minutes strong pressure was given in a 60 minutes massage. Other people may prefer this therapist technique, however, not me. What is so frustrating is that I have requested several times with the receptionists to book me a therapist who can apply deep pressure. It did not happen! - - -
The Reviving Foot Scrub elevation was ok, it is more like part of the service one would get from a pedicure. I would not get this again and save the $12 toward a pedicure. - - -
Having a 'coupon' to try out a new merchant is a fantastic idea. This time the deal is not much of a deal, and I should have checked before purchasing it. I paid $69 for a 60 min massage and an 'Elevation' service. The merchant regular pricing is $59.99 for the massage and $12 for the Reviving Foot Scrub elevation I selected. That is a total saving of $3. Maybe I should have selected a more expensive elevation service. - - -
Not sure I will go back.

The therapist was AWESOME! His name is Rayden. I would've gotten a membership, but they lock you into 6 or 12 mos.....dont like that.

The massage therapist was awesome. I filled out the online intake form but had to do it again once I got to the office which is annoying. If the form is required to set an appointment, make it available to the on-site staff. I would go there again. Nice and clean staff was super friendly.

One of the best massages I ever had.. Gina is amazing masseuse, she knows what she’s doing.. very firm touch for such little person. Definitely will go back!!
