Spa is set within a doctors office and is quite loud, not very relaxing

I was disappointed with the experience. They did not look like a professional salon, as they shared an office with other businesses. The staff was civil. But the part that I was upset about the most was the fact that because I was a Groupon customer with a discount, I was unable to get the detox foot spa that was advertised, and listed in their services. Instead I was given a downgraded foot spa that looked and felt like my feet were in nothing but water. Also, the reflexology massage was a simple massage that wasn't reflexology and that wasn't very good. Maybe I would have been taken better care of if I was a regular customer, instead of a Groupon customer. Very disappointed.

She offer a detox instead of doing the message that I paid for. She claimed that it was better and since she was late that was the best was to apologize.

I wrote on my information intake that I like for my therapist to ask me questions during my massage. Well The guy who massaged me, he didn't ask me one question the entire massage, I found myself having to tell him what to do. The other thing is he was constantly putting all this oil on me, which wasn't necessary, I had to ask for a towel to wipe the excessive amount off. I don't believe this person was a an actual massage professional, I felt like the owner hired someone last minute to accomadate my appointment time, because pior to the date the owner had cancel my appointment time and scheduled it an hour later, to actually have someone who was an acual therapist to facilitate the massage but when I complained that my time was changed and that I couldn't be there for the time it was changed to, this is the therapist I ended up with. this place only had three massage therapist two male one female. Over all I never had a massage where I was actually looking forward to it being over.

Ms Kenya you had hot stone massage for your groupon voucher , with you 2 sisters and you asked for all in 3 in one room which answers negative. we only had 2 couples rooms and you guys took one and another room. All therapists here are licensed by State of Nj and all licenses are display at the main reception. We accommodated you even on our busy day to have 3 of you at the same time, because you scheduled the appointment like a month before. You only need 3 therapists for 3 of you and that is what you get. you and your sisters/friends were checked out with other clients at the end of your massage. However , you stated that you enjoyed your massage and you will be coming back soon. We asked you all questions before the massage in order for us to customize your massage, and ask less question and minimize talking during the session. You could have enjoyed your massage if you and your friend did not talk through the massage and disturbed our other clients in the other rooms.However, we thank you and you friends for your patronage, and from our side we will continue to give therapeutic massage in a serene atmosphere with our therapeutic soothing music.
