We are brand new school in Stamford offering high quality training. As well as individual training. We specialize in taekwondo and give hapkido lessons.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
We are open to all, those without and with experience. We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible and let you experience a new art and a new culture. It's a great way to relieve stress and learn new things!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Master Na has been involved with martial arts all his life and started a professional career about 20 year ago. Fist he began in his home country Korea and wanted to expand his culture to the states.

What do you love most about your job?
what he loves most about his job is the knowledge and friends and family he meets along the way. Taekwondo brings people together on a new spiritual and human level.
