“Fore!” became the designated warning cry for incoming golf balls when it proved both easier to interpret than a shouted series of equations describing the ball's kinetic trajectory and less suspicious than “Bullseye!” Show off your links etiquette with today’s Groupon to Meadowlawn Golf Course. Choose from the following options:
• For $18, you get a round of nine holes for two on a Saturday or a Sunday (up to a $36 value).
• For $28, you get a round of 18 holes for two on a weekday (up to a $56 value).
• For $30, you get a round of 18 holes for two on a Saturday or a Sunday (up to a $60 value).
The 32 par Meadowlawn Golf Course challenges club-luggers with nine holes constructed in 1969 on the grounds of a former dairy farm. Composed of five par 4 holes, four par 3s, and one par √-1 dogleg that can only be perceived by people with advanced mathematical degrees, the course entices beginners with welcoming setup shots and shorter approaches to each green. PGA-grade players, however, can test their mettle among the deep tree-shade of the fairways, braving newly redesigned sand bunkers and kraken-infested water hazards on four holes.
Meadowlawn’s well-maintained fairways and well-groomed greens are open for play year-round and year-square. Although golf-cart rentals ($13–$22) are not included with this Groupon, those who opt for weekday play can get 15% off retail purchases from the Meadowlawn Golf Course pro shop Monday–Thursday.

About Meadowlawn Golf Course
Built on a former dairy farm in 1969, the executive course at Meadowlawn incorporates a compact game of nine holes into residential Arcadia. Four par 3 holes help players develop their short game amid hazards such as a creek, lake, and sand bunkers newly renovated with tiny camels and to-scale mirages. The course also features five par 4s for diverse play while still maintaining a scaled-down layout that ensures a quick round, allowing players to get in enough play. After rounds, the onsite Upper Deck Grill refuels and rejuvenates golfers with a menu of salads, sandwiches, and grill fare.
