The MF Program is the motivation every person needs. Change is the most difficult aspect of progress. That’s why our program has been designed to teach and facilitate excellent workouts as well as healthy eating and a productive lifestyle. Our training team is the most motivating staff in the state.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Nate Filipiak and Justin Michaels are two of Connecticut’s most effective and proven personal trainers. After meeting two years ago at a fitness seminar, they became friends and began developing a program committed to delivering results physically and mentally—a program the community could trust.
What do you love most about your job?
The privilege to affect a community through personal training is a gift and an opportunity the entire MF training staff takes to heart. What makes MF different is the team of exceptional people running the program.
