Our training is completely safe for both kids and adults—perfect for anyone who wants to learn boxing or self-defense without the risk of injury. The training schedule rotates by day, featuring Boot Camp, Boxing, and FitBoxing sessions.
Kids Classes Our kids' classes are fun and engaging, teaching boxing through playful fitness activities. Children build strength, speed, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment. Classes are divided by age groups: 4–7 and 8–13 years old. Teens are welcome to join adult classes.
