    Budding gelato artists get hands-on experience making creamy confections in the gelateria’s kitchen, mixing candy, fruits, and nuts to create different flavors. Each student gets to leave with 4 pints of gelato to share or to place in a bank to accrue interest. Classes are held on weekdays at 5:30 p.m., and on weekends at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
