A chef guides up to 16 aspiring chefs at a time in demo kitchens equipped with Miele appliances and shoulder-mounted crème brûlée torches. The proposed class menu imparts hands-on experience cooking bacon and seafood chowder, hand-made herbed linguine noodles and white wine clam sauce, basa fillet in saffron cream sauce, and chocolate linguine. Students also get to experience their creations with quaffs of red and white wine as well as learn advanced cross-examining techniques to make foods yield further flavour.
