I booked the 4 handed massage for a Saturday through Groupon. Luckily I called to confirm and was told I can’t have it on a Saturday even though it was confirmed. So I accepted an alternative time during the week. Upon arrival I was barely greeted and waited in the waiting area. Four members of staff including my two therapists were just hanging chatting amongst themselves for a good 10 mins whilst I was ignored. Eventually I was taken to the massage room. I was asked about any problem areas before starting and I clearly stated my area of pain and soreness and guess what during the massage those areas were not even touched! The second therapist didn’t introduce herself or say a word and did a really poor job of the massage. I don’t think she was experienced at all. Neither one said a single word during the massage or confirm pressure. The lights were too bright and wouldn’t dim. It was definitely not full body and not worth the money. I still left them a good tip. Wouldn’t go back again.

The experience was great. The massage therapists were excellent. The overall customer service was five stars.

I had bought 4 hands massage deal. I got message a day before my appointment to reschedule an hour early. When I arrived at rescheduled time, I got to know only one therapist is available. She gave me 2 options either to proceed with 1 therapist or reschedule. I went with first option. Therapist was kind but massage was mediocre. I will not visit again. Not recommended

I bought the 4 hands 60-minute massage. I was told it was Swedish when I arrived and if I wanted deep tissue, that it was a $30 upcharge. I am happy to pay an upcharge if a) this information was given at the time of purchase and b) if both therapists used deep pressure. Only one did.
