I was very impressed with this Program... I have been really tight, and after just 3 classes I feel on top of the world. Great instruction, easy to follow, easy to Flow with the Yoga Teachers. Bravo... I will continue with this phenomenal Mixed Yoga Course...the variety is fantastic. Keep up the good work. :)

These are great classes and so many to choose from! The instructors are all top-notch and keep you motivated and coming back for more. I highly recommend Mixed Yoga classes to keep up your fitness / spiritual goals during Covid and beyond! Enjoy everyone!

Great selection of yoga styles. I've been a subscriber to other online yoga sites but never one that has this much variety. The teachers are really good and the quality of their videos' are done extremely well.

Really enjoy the assortment of classes. Tons of variety and styles. I was looking for something to help my back. This is a perfect introduction to yoga if you're not sure which style is best for you. I was surprised at how cheap it was. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
