Brewmaster and Belgian beer enthusiast Bob Sylvester leads the Mastering Beer class, where students learn about grains, yeast, and hops, and the processes that transform them into beer. The bartending class, on the other hand, promises students will be able to master the art in a week or faster, and incorporates classic drinks as well as newer concoctions.
