I initially went to the Westlake, Ohio location and the said that they couldn’t open my hood to perform the oil change. They tried for about five minutes and then told me that there was nothing that they could do.
I called the Avon, Ohio location and they said that they would take a look at it. After arriving in Avon, they were able to open the hood in about two minutes. They lubricated the latch and said “I don’t know why they couldn’t have done that!”
There’s no comparison between the locations. The experience is Avon. Ohio was outstanding. The experience at Westlake Ohio terrible. Frankie took care of me without any hesitation!
