My experience with Zia Automotive was excellent. The person at the front was so helpful contacting Groupon because I could not enter the coupon code on my phone to redeem my Groupon purchased for Zia Automotive. Every time a new code was sent, I had to leave the email I was in to open the Groupon email with the new code. Then when I would open the Groupon email to try to redeem the coupon it said that the code did not match…… crazy. Zia Automative did tell me that since Groupon made some changes that people were having some trouble redeeming their Groupon coupons.
Zia Automotive was very patient and very helpful to contact Groupon. It was also storming that day with lots of wind and snow. Zia Automotive was so kind and as a courtesy they installed the new windshield wipers blades I had with me. I would definitely recommend using Zia Automotive and I will use them again in the future.
