What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a chemical-free, allergen-free studio with green fixtures and radiant heating panels that warm the body gently for a thorough but never overwhelming sweat! We’re also committed to outreach; we run Karma classes that are by-donation, with all proceeds going to a spotlight charity of the month.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our teachers are trained to bring students deeper into each posture using careful cues and a watchful eye. We don’t just explore the “how”, we explore the “why” behind each posture.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Modo Yoga is an international community of teachers and studios committed to outreach and community-building. We knew our home city of Austin was the perfect community to bring this amazing moving meditation!

What do you love most about your job?
The students! Watching our students grow and change with the practice is incredible.
