Learning Self-defense to defend yourself or your loved ones is the #1 reason they hear from everyone. Moore Martial Arts pulls from a wide range of disciplines to empower you with multiple ways to deal with real-life situations. The most common reactions we hear as students learn something new are: "Wow, that's so cool." or "Wow, that's easier than all thought!"

Moore Martial Arts specializes in the Korean arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido. Many students enjoy the ability to try out what they learn in a safe competitive environment. They not only provide everyone with the opportunity, but you'll gain confidence when you see how well you excel in it.

Many others are looking to improve their health and flexibility. Moore Martial Arts mixes in a fun variety of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with variations suitable for all skill levels. Although it may sound intimidating it's one of the most requested and popular portions of our classes!

A few have asked what religion is behind the arts. Unlike many other facilities, which are based on Zen Buddhism, Shinto, Taoism, etc. Moore Martial Arts was founded by a former Youth Pastor who has built their studio under the Lion of Judah. Although they do not preach at all it's nice to know that foundation is on solid ground.

Moore Martial Arts loves building confidence and discipline in students as young as 4 years old and improving reflexes, mental acuity and so much more in students as old as 71 all in a fun, laugh-filled atmosphere! Where do you fit into their growing family?

Holiday Hours are 4:44 pm on Tuesday and Thursday for ages 4-6, which last about 30 minutes (due to their limited attention span).  

Classes for ages 7 and up are every day Monday through Friday at 5:55 pm and last 50-55 minutes.
