After her son was born, Morgann Hill had a strong desire to create. So alongside her husband, Kyle, she opened an Etsy shop and casually began hand-making wedding decorations from a small craft room. Within a year, the duo had outgrown that small craft room, and their hobby had blossomed into a full-time job.

Today, Morgann Hill Designs operates out of a large warehouse in Southern California. The company's inspiration stems from an organic mixture of Morgann's big-city background and Kyle's small-town roots, producing items that are at once sparkly like the city but warm and inviting like the country. Dubbed "rustic chic" by Morgann, the company's products range from personalized home accents to usable, everyday items. Items like monogrammed candle holders, planters, and signs are also popular for wedding decor and gift giving.
