Husband and wife owned house. Husband very rude on phone while booking appointment and a week later in person still rude. Wife did the massage. She knows what she's doing however, very awkward throughout as she was on her PHONE the whole time while leaning on my back. Experience was pretty bad. Only reason gave 2 star instead of 1 was she knew what she was doing most of the time
