Many, many hidden fees. Very slow order fulfillment. In the end you should expect to pay ~$100-$150+ per custom single bobblehead after tallying the cost of the Groupon plus the vendor's many fees. The product is good, but I felt misled in the process. Also note that unless you pay considerable additional fees, the process will take at least 10 weeks from the time you place an initial order until the product is delivered. I'm not unhappy with the end product or the quality of service, but it was much slower and far more expensive than the Groupon ad would have you believe.

Not recommended; I didn't use it. There are so many hidden fees, and in the end, you have to pay so much for shopping, and the cheapest option takes nine weeks.

Ordered item in November & still have not received. What can possibly delay an order 5 Mos? Horrible experience. Will never order from you again. Will I be receiving the item that I paid for?
