Ordered in July never received item. I received the proofs to approve which I did. I have emailed this company multiple times and emails are never answered.

Many, many hidden fees. Very slow order fulfillment. In the end you should expect to pay ~$100-$150+ per custom single bobblehead after tallying the cost of the Groupon plus the vendor's many fees. The product is good, but I felt misled in the process. Also note that unless you pay considerable additional fees, the process will take at least 10 weeks from the time you place an initial order until the product is delivered. I'm not unhappy with the end product or the quality of service, but it was much slower and far more expensive than the Groupon ad would have you believe.
