Unlike cask barrel-aged coffee, which can have a powerful and harsh flavor from the charred wood inside the barrel, Spirit-Infused Coffee features a proprietary infusion process which results in a uniquely smooth taste with a sweet aroma — never bitter, smokey, or acidic. The alcohol content is removed during the roasting process and what remains are the delicious flavors and aromas that the spirits are known for.
