Easy to navigate and select required item on web site, but extremely difficult to process payment.
Site would just hang.
Needed to try multiple times before able to complete order, due to payment process.

I have ordered these for my grandchildren. If this is your first time using the coupons, just go slow and be sure your info is correct. Read carefully before proceeding. It all works out in the end. Overall it was relatively easy. I think they’ll make a great Christmas gift.

The lamps looked great when they were lit. They did take about a month to receive.
One of the charging plugs did not fit into the one lamp. Still waiting to see how long they hold a charge w/out being plugged in
