When it was time to check out it was very difficult. I purchased four of your coupons to redeem for four books that would be the same. It was not an easy process. I spoke with two of your representatives in order to complete my order. They were helpful however one of my coupons was forfeited due to repeating the process with a sales rep. Overall the books turned out well.

I've used a few photobook sites. Their interface is the least precise that I've encountered. It works, but it has much less control. Prices outside of groupon are ridiculously overpriced. With groupon they are on par with other sites (they make up the cheaper prices with high "shipping" costs). The quality has gone up from what they used to offer which is a nice change.

Great Groupon price. Phitobook is best used on a computer, slightly more difficult to use on a tablet. Fast shipping and absolutely love the finished product

I have been very happy with Photobook America's service and product. I ordered three photobooks for Christmas, and have just ordered two more. Not only did I find the online photo album page setup useful and easy to use, I also found the online customer support to be helpful when I had questions. The shipping is pricey, which was disappointing. But overall, very happy with this groupon deal.
