Very disappointed, this was a gift sent directly to the recipient. It was poorly packed. The puzzle box was in a shipping box, which was somehow soaked. The puzzle box was also wet making the picture on the box damaged. The pieces were in a plastic bag, they were okay. The picture on the puzzle was crooked and off center. We took our time to center the pic in the border perfectly. It looked perfect on the computer before submitting the order. Not sure if we did something wrong that made the crooked picture our fault but if so, an email or text to alert me would have been nice. I have ordered photo jigsaw puzzles from other companies in the past and was always pleased. I would not recommend this company. I am very embarrassed to have sent this as a gift.
