I purchased One, Two, Three, Five, or Ten Sets of Salad Hands for one price, but it was not clearly explained that when ordering the number of sets had to be indicated on the Groupon site. Consequently I had to order a second set from the vendor, so I overpaid. Plus the quality of salad hands was not very good - the engraving was burnt. I did contact the vendor & was given a refund. Not sure I'm going to order from this vendor again.

General quality of items are nice, and I have enjoyed and ordered from Qualtry a few times actually. Because it is ordered online and you cannot review, there can be small disappointing details, like slight off-centering. One sad thing with the salad hands was the bamboo grain having lots of knots right around the name and personalized area, making it look a little strange and dirty, and much less clear. Be aware that paired items, like these salad hands usually do not look the same. For example, one can look darker than the other, or the wood grain will be very different -- I have seen this when I've bought other paired kitchen utensils like their wood forks and spoons. I have bought all my Qualtry items as gifts and have not had personal experience with use, so I cannot speak as to actual longevity and quality in utility.
