I had an issue right off with my Groupon code not working. I’m not new to Groupon and know the rules of how to redeem my orders. The website says the code automatically applies at checkout. I tried 4 times and it never attached the coupon. I was charged $49 extra dollars over the Groupon price. I emailed Qualtry and they replied within the day and said it was refunded. That will take days. :(
