A little difficult to navigate the Groupon redemption at first but the company was very helpful. Customer Service was on top of it!!

There was damage to this very unique and sensitive item when it was received. They replaced the order on a very expedited schedule to arrive in time for Christmas. Their efforts to 'make it right' made me an extremely satisfied customer. Due to the creative nature of their products, I'm certain I'll order again in the future.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a custom snow globe of my niece in a graduation gown. Because they only had men graduates in their prefabricated options (can you say sexist) I had to order a fully custom one. I told them I wanted a white graduation gown with dark blue tassels. The proof they provided me with looked nothing like my niece. I had to go back and forth with them 4 times to get something that was acceptable and even then I wasn't happy with it I just gave up. Then in the final proof they had her with a white gown and black tassels and wearing a shirt and tie and pants with mens shoes. I emailed them back and told them it wasn't acceptable and I needed her wearing a womens shirt and shoes and blue tassels. They changed the color of the tassels but told me I would have to pay $55 to have any other changes done because I had already approved it. I ONLY approved the face design not the clothing. I couldn't even tell the clothing until the painted proof came in. I have made many other personal bobble heads and have been thrilled with the results - do not use this company!!!! I didn't even tell you about all of the hidden fees. And the already overpriced bobble head ended up costing me $100 more than advertised.
