About Naturally Delightful - Vegan Bakery
When my son Morgan was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012, it forever changed our family for the better. We committed to a new lifestyle and, more specifically, a new approach to food. The most important treatment for celiac disease is a gluten-free diet. Such a sudden and dramatic shift required an education and a complete transformation in the kitchen. Everything from simple meals to complex recipes suddenly represented more than just what we ate. It represented my son's safety, health, and happiness. I have learned through this experience just how important food is to every day life. And not just for its sustenance and nutritional value. It provides comfort, creates smiles, and brings people together. This is what inspired me to open Naturally Delightful in Green Bay, an organic, gluten-free and vegan bakery.
