Classes were nice. I had learned many things. However Their communication with their customers is very bad. I bought groupon vouchers 2 times. For the first time it was very hard to find free space for the reservation. And when I bought my second voucher they texted me and told me I am not allowed to buy SECOND groupon voucher.

I booked a session on January 4th and in order to schedule your next session, you’ll need to do it one by one. They told me that the next availability is January 18th! It is not worth it, you are only allowed to schedule 1 SESSION EVERY 2 WEEKS! Don’t waste your money.

About This Deal

5 Kung Fu (Shuai Jiao and Lama Pai) adult classes

One Month Unlimited Kung Fu (Shuai Jiao and Lama Pai) adult classes

Baoding Shuai Jiao is Chinese wrestling, the method of Master Chang Dongsheng. Master Chang was China’s national heavyweight full contact champion, the youngest instructor at the Central Martial Arts Academy, and Chief Instructor at the Taiwan Central Police College. Sifu David A Ross is the current (3rd generation) president of the Chinese Swai Jiao (Shuai Jiao) Association and has over 30 years experience. Shuai Jiao combines powerful throws with immobilizing joint locks.

Lama Pai Kung-Fu is the traditional Chinese martial art of the late Master Chan Tai-San, as passed to his adopted disciple Sifu David A Ross. Lama Pai is from China’s western frontier; with Tibetan, Mongolian and Manchurian influences. It is best known for its powerful long arm striking with evasive footwork.

All the techniques of both systems, including the empty hand sets and the specialized Qi Gong, is taught in this program. Classes are taught in the traditional manner; teaching “body method”, application of “waist power”, and traditional conditioning methods but we hold nothing back. In addition to teaching excellent self-defense, learning these methods also increases body awareness and has a surprising Yogic like effect in stretching and strengthening.

Men and women, beginners and those with previous training are all welcome. We will teach you in a logical and gradual method appropriate for your experience and current fitness level.

About New York San Da Kickboxing

David Ross first found his tiny hands inside boxing gloves at the tender young age of eight, but punching was not the only thing he learned with them on. He also learned perseverance and self-discipline, lessons which he passes on to his students of all ages through NY San Da. Drawing on his multiple black belts in Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese fighting styles, he teaches striking and grappling arts from around the world. The most intense class he offers prepares competitors for mixed martial arts tournaments, blending Ross’s – and his other instructors’ – many fighting styles into one devastating cocktail of techniques.
