The phone numbers provided with the groupon are very rarely answered and the messages are NEVER returned (I honestly think they may not realize they have an answering service). On the rare occasion I got a person on the phone when I called them the person was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the people was not enough to make this a positive experience. The product I received was of good quality, but it took almost a whole YEAR to get it. Their delivery seemed uncoordinated between the packaging location and the St. John's delivery location and there were a few attempts. I will not be reordering from this company.

They seemed very disorganized and it took forever to receive my package of food. It would have been a lot easier if I could have come to pick up my food myself.

The merchant has finally delivered my order to me after 50 days from my original order date. I was also told my order for freshly cut and by the looks of some of the cuts they been sitting around for a while, they told me on two separate occasions that my order was being delivered during the week with no delivery, ignored my emails for weeks on end and then reply to my email after a month has passed and advised me their driver had stolen my order. Not once answering any the phone at all. Personally would never deal with the merchant again.
