I've worked in the field of manual therapy and somatics for 19 years. My education includes thousands of classroom hours across multiple modalities. I'm an expert at helping all people become more comfortable in their bodies whether they are elite athletes or desk workers, pregnant or living in chronic pain from a major accidents. I have a diverse tool set to pull from to help you feel your best no matter who you are or what you've been through.

My work draws from my experience as a massage therapist: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Tragerwork, Craniosacral Therapy and Rolf Structural Integration, movement training: yoga, tai chi, Bartinieff Fundamentals and somatic psychology: Somatic Experiencing.
