What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a family-run company co-owned by a mother and son duo, Hope and Jerid Paige. Our motto, "Family Run, Family Focused," serves as a reminder that our senior members should be viewed as an extension of our own family, and that they should be cared for as if they were our own mother or father .
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of senior care, we were witnesses to the deficiencies in many agencies. There was a large disconnect between those directing the companies and the seniors receiving care, which often resulted unsatisfactory services. Our goal was to set a new standard.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of enriching and improving the lives of the generations that have paved the way for our success. Far too often seniors are denied the respect and dignity they deserve. Our passion is to provide them with the ability to stay healthy, happy, and independent within their homes.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The most memorable was from our very first customer, who had dealt with multiple agencies trying to find care for her mother that she could rely on. The caregiver we paired her with became someone they viewed as family, and reinforced in us our passion for ensuring quality, loving care for our seniors.
