The masseuse was kind and knowledgeable, and overall I was happy with the massage. I do wish she had applied a bit more pressure, but she did adjust the focus based on areas I couldn't have massaged due to a recent surgery, which I appreciated. There were a few logistical issues, though. The address listed on Groupon was different from her actual location. She texted the correct address and the intake form only 13 minutes before the appointment, which I didn't see in time. As a result, I went to the wrong place and ended up being about 20 minutes late due to navigating and parking (the new location was 8 minutes away with limited parking). Despite that, she was gracious enough to still provide the full hour massage, which I really appreciated. However, it would have been much more helpful if the intake form and correct address had been sent the day before especially since I called to confirm the appointment ahead of time. I also didn’t receive a confirmation text until I called and left a message. In summary, the massage itself was good, and she was accommodating and professional during the session. A few improvements to the scheduling and communication process would really enhance the overall experience.

The person I spoke with on the phone seemed reluctant to schedule me. After I got my appointment, I received no communication from them. The office is in a midsize, multi-story building that is only accessible via a code and I was not given the unit number or access code. The massage itself was fine. The therapist did not complete the full 60 minutes and she was not clear when she was done. They also did not provide any parking instructions. Overall, subpar experience.
