What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Limited personal items for that special gift for weddings, birthday gifts, or the wood sign you seen that was not the right color or font you liked. We decided to make our own products for our house, and when people seen what we can do with the laser they wanted items personalized too.

What do you love most about your job?
Each day I see a different saying or items I have not seen or heard before and I get to personalize that items for someone as a gift and just to have the idea that that person will enjoy it

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"OMG" ," THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL" " That came out better than I imagined.
