AI Customer Review Summary

Based on 22 reviews

Jen provides a highly personalized massage experience that often begins with a thorough consultation to address specific physical concerns and tension. Clients frequently report that she expertly integrates various techniques such as cupping, hot stones, and therapeutic pressure to meet their individual needs. Many visitors specifically highlight her skill in lymphatic drainage, noting significant relief from fluid retention and improved sleep quality following their sessions. While the technical quality of the massage is consistently praised, some guests have noted that the ambient noise from the nearby road and occasional professional interruptions can impact the tranquility of the environment.

Support your recovery with specialized Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This clinical, light-touch therapy is designed to reduce post-surgical swelling, flush metabolic waste, and accelerate the body's natural healing process.

Clinical Lymphatic Drainage

Specialized Post-Op Recovery & Systemic Detox

Accelerate healing and reduce inflammation. Unlike traditional massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a functional, light-touch therapy designed to move stagnant fluid, clear metabolic waste, and support the immune system. It is the gold standard for post-surgical care and chronic swelling management.

Service Highlights

  • ✔ Post-Surgical Support: Helps minimize fibrosis (scarring), bruising, and edema following cosmetic or medical procedures.
  • ✔ Edema & Swelling Relief: Gently moves interstitial fluid to reduce "heavy legs," joint swelling, and localized inflammation.
  • ✔ Detoxification: Manually assists the body’s filtration system to flush out cellular debris and toxins.

What to Expect

Note: This is not a deep-tissue or "relaxation" massage. MLD uses an extremely light, rhythmic skin-stretching technique. Applying too much pressure collapses the delicate lymphatic vessels; therefore, a gentle touch is required for medical effectiveness.

Essential Information

  • Appointment required; subject to availability.
  • Recommended for post-op patients once cleared by a physician.
  • Drink 16–20oz of water prior to your session to aid the detox process.
  • Not suitable for those with active infections, blood clots, or congestive heart failure.

Step into a cleaner, lighter version of yourself. Book your clinical recovery session today.

Felt so much better after the massage and appreciated the sauna use! The bed warmer is nice too, especially in the colder weather. It’s great that you offer the cupping or hot stones as well. Next time I’ll have to try cupping.
