What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
My danish torts are a yellow sponge cake filled with your choice of fruit and custard. They are iced with either whip cream or butter cream frosting. You'll never find a tastier tort.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've been baking since I was 12 years old. I had the chance to take over this bakery after working for it for 37 years. This is a dream come true for me.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to please my customers. Without them, I would not be in business.
