Every day, Ollie's Bakery’s bakers claps out a few flour clouds as they prep a fresh batch of ornate, gourmet pastries, pies, and cakes. Order a fresh cup of coffee and have a gander at the flock of rooster-awakening pastries, including almond croissants, fruit danishes, and artfully arranged bowls of chocolate brioche bread pudding ($4.25 each). For communal occasions, Ollie's leaves a large selection of items out to cool. Pies are priced based on size–ranging from 9 inches ($28) to 16 inches ($59)–and fillings span the spectrum of sweet and light textures: french apple tart, chocolate silk, and lemon meringue are all candidates worthy of electing into the crusty oval office.
