Classes are instructed 6 days a week. Classes are individualized by age and rank with family classes (all ages and ranks) instructed on Fridays. Unlimited class sessions allow you the opportunity to determine what classes fit into your schedule. You do not have to attend the same classes each week. You choose how many classes you attend and when. This offer is open to ages 4 years old and up.
