What You'll Get
Like suntans and the ability to throw knives at apples on top of totem poles, golf skills disappear if you don't keep working at them. Keep the magic alive with today's Groupon: for $49, you get three 30-minute private golf lessons with golf pro Brian Nosler, plus two tokens good for a large bucket of range balls to be used at the time of your choice (a $142 total value), at Nosler's On the Spot. Lessons are held at Vanco Golf Range in Vancouver and include range balls and loaner clubs for those who need them. Brian Nosler was the 2008 Oregon Chapter PGA Player of the Year and in 2009 was the champion of the Oregon Open, Oregon PGA, and Montana Open. Through a combination of careful swing analysis, PGA techniques, and expert advice, he'll help you lower your score, finesse your form, and sneak long-putts into the 18th hole without disturbing its sleeping troll guardian. Once you've completed your triumvirate of tutorials, you'll get to test your power drive with two tokens good for a large bucket of range balls.

About On the Spot Golf and Instruction
It’s fitting that Brian Nosler’s hobbies include both golf and fly fishing. Both sports require concentration, appreciation for the outdoors, and a fluid backstroke to hit a specific target. But when he’s not intentionally wading in streams, the 2013 Oregon PGA Player of the Year does his best to avoid water at all costs. During professional golf-instruction sessions, Nosler guides students with a simple approach to swing fundamentals, teaching both full-swing mechanics and short-game techniques—a personal specialty that contributed heavily to his previous wins at the Oregon, Washington, and Montana State Opens. In addition to helping students master the art of reading greens' dense instruction manuals, Nosler provides club-repair services and personal club-fitting sessions.
