Great deep tissue massage. One Spa was comfortable. The only negative is that the building had no handicapped parking and the ramp was an afterthought - not well marked (black lump against street) and dumps you right into traffic (no parking against curb). Restroom access is also a bit of a challenge due to having two doors together in a tight space. I highly recommend One Spa despite challenges!

Excellent and relaxing massage! Went over and beyond my expectations and took extra time to work out my sore muscles. The combination of essential oils and hot stones was very nice! She took in consideration I was a runner and even stretched me out as well as give the best deep massage I have ever had. Excellent service…very warm and hospitable. And will be back when I’m back in town ☺️
