Package arrived and was placed behind something so I did not see it and it froze over night in our area. Contacted Organic Mountain Farms as I was concerned it might ruin the shipment. They responded quickly and assured me the box would insulate and to enjoy my fruits. I was especially impressed with the succulent and extremely tasty pears that I received. OMG, I have been rarely buying any as I can not tell ripeness, but these were perfection and I hated to share with a friend (but I did). Glad I had the experience.
