Ellen's trained hands delivered a deep tissue massage that was truly therapeutic! She applied pressure to break down my knots and the hot oil was a relaxing, enjoyable touch. She is experienced in technique and theory and enlightened me with her knowledge. It was my pleasure to have her knead my knots away.

I had my first ever deep tissue massage and it was great!! I was skeptical about it at 1st because the pressure used for that massage is usually firm- hard. I’m used to relaxation massages but my body had been sore for weeks and I needed knots out!! The next day, my upper back was SOREEE. But it was a great sore feeling. Now, it’s perfectly fine and I feel so good!! I would def recommend & return!

Ellen was amazing. She found all the knots I needed to get unwound in my deep tissue massage. Throughout the process she checked if the hot stones or towels were too hot or not to my touch. I was blessed with getting a good night’s sleep, and she also makes all her own lotions and treatments. Highly recommend her-I will be coming back soon!
