Fertility Yoga

• Yoga for fertility benefits anyone who is just starting out to try to conceive, has been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, has polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis, has had one or more miscarriages or is undergoing assisted reproductive technology treatments (ART).

Prenatal Yoga

• Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a great way to stay active and help alleviate many of the common discomforts including nausea, back pain, swelling, fatigue, constipation, sciatica and leg cramping.

• Yoga, breath work and meditation can help cultivate a calm and relaxed mind and body which can help you stay relaxed during labour and childbirth.

Postnatal Fitness

• Our classes are designed with the postpartum body in mind. We understand the body and the changes it has gone through during pregnancy, labour and delivery. We blend yoga, pilates and core conditioning exercises into every class. Classes focus on pelvic floor conditioning and restoring the abdominal core function.

• Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes help women alleviate many of the common discomforts experienced during and after pregnancy such as back pain, swelling, fatigue, and sciatica.
