About Paul Christopher Massage Therapy
Since 1977, Paul Christopher, RMT has completed more than 20 marathons and has been an Ironman triathlete twice. Naturally, he's had his fair share of sore muscles, and he draws on this personal experience while treating clients in his massage practice. After studying at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, he became a registered massage therapist in 1997. In addition to soothing athletes with sports and deep-tissue massage, he promotes relaxation by using Swedish techniques.
