For some reason, we started 15 minutes late. (The time was made up at the end, but I was late for my next appointment.) The massage therapist was lovely and eager to please. The massage took place on a very hard, narrow chiropractor's table--so narrow that I couldn't even lay my arms on it--they dangled uncomfortably for the entire 90 minutes. The table was so hard that my face literally hurt being face down for an hour--even the towel I requested to place under my forehead didn't help. There were no bolsters to go under your knees or any of the usual items to help a massage be comfortable. I was very chilled from the cold room. I was so uncomfortable that I strongly considered leaving within the first five minutes, but Groupon has become so terrible about giving refunds that I decided to stick it out and hope it became better. It didn't. I was so cold and sore by the time that I left that I was miserable. Worst massage experience EVER.
