By combining Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Kickboxing and strength & conditioning programs under the same roof, Phenom BJJ hopes to provide a broad range of opportunities for clients seeking to boost their overall wellbeing or master a new set of skills.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
At Phenom Brazilian Jiu Jitsu we start our classes for our little Phenom’s that range from 3-6 years of age. For our Teens BJJ we go from 7-13 years of age. We also offer Kids & Adults kickboxing classes. Strength & conditioning classes our for adults & young adults only.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started this gym to better our community. Our goal is to introduce to our students, the principals and values that they can apply to not only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but to life in general.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping reach our customers goals!
