With over 100 classes every week, it makes it easy to for you to discover and maintain your new favorite workout, too. · Yoga classes including Power Yoga and Beginner's Yoga help practitioners gain flexibility, strength, and endurance by linking breath to movement. · Pilates sessions run the gamut from mat work to special classes that target the upper or lower body. · Barre classes to tone and stretch, building agility, strength and the flexibility of a dancer, though dance experience is not required. · TRX classes utilize suspension and client’s own body weight to strengthen the entire body.
