I am so glad I found this studio! I have lived in Brentwood for a couple of decades and didn't know it existed. Farrah and her mom Joellen (sp?) know their stuff. They are kind, run on time, and keep a very clean studio. They have all the equipment to keep your workout interesting. They are very hands-on and you feel cared for here. I needed one-on-one after not taking Pilates for a long time and I am so pleased with this studio. It's the perfect place to get reaquainted with Pilates and get back in shape.
