What do you love most about your job?
It's detective work using spectrum analysis and knowledge to locate, correct, or educate regarding the problem(s)! Always a rewarding challenge, that's for sure.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer who tried to get their internet fixed for 2 years with their provider and bought extra accessories and still didn't work any better. After 2 hours, all his problems were gone and he was already telling his friends!
