Pickup hours for the studio (zerimar) are as follows: Tuesday 11am-3pm, Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-7pm.

Rescheduling Policy

Because we hold the seats for your reservation, we do not allow cancellations, and rescheduling must be done with more than 24 hours notice. To reschedule the fastest way is to simply respond to this email chain, calls to the studio are not recommended.
