Workout programs are customized for your current abilities and goals and are never the same, creatively and safely progressing you to achieve more challenging workouts. Gear provided.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The routines are always changing and fun so that neither your body nor your mind adapt and get bored. During warmer weather, workouts can be taken outside and we workout together.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In the years I have spent working out at gyms I have seen people train with incorrect form, wasting their time on too long of workouts. I wanted to educate myself with the most current information to help show people how to get the most out of your workout within 45 to 60 minutes without injury.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching my clients reach their goals, as they are physically and mentally evolving by achieving sustained energy and making changes to their lifestyle that promotes healthier habits. I also love helping people realize how important it is to make time for themselves.
